I Hāloa Nō ʹO Waiheʹe – The Sustainability of Waiheʹe

Saturday, October 22, 2016 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

As you may know, Key Project has been a non-profit organization for 48 years serving the community in so many ways. Our mission is to nurture and promote the cultural, environmental, social, economic and recreational well-being of the Kualoa-He’eia area by providing grassroots civic resources that effectively serves the needs of our community.

Every year for the past 13 years, Key Project has held our annual fundraiser called Ko’olau ‘Ohana Festival raising funds to support our operations. Our theme this year, “I Hā loa Nō ʹ O Waihe’e – The Sustainability of Waihe’e” speaks to the abundance of resources in our own community and we hope to share that abundance with you. Our event will take place on October 22, 2016 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm with dinner served at 6:00 pm . We will be featuring a silent auction with beautiful items made right here in our community and throughout our State of Hawaii. Live music featuring some of Hawaii’s top entertainers will offer the perfect accompanyment to the evening and KEY Project’s own, Chef Ken Weir and his culinary students will prepare delicious pupus and an unforgettable dinner.

Please save the date and consider sponsorship of a table for this, our most important fundraiser of the year. A sponsorship form and FAQ sheet about Key Project is attached. If you have any questions, please call 239-5777 or send an email to vfreitas@keyproject.org.

We look forward to hearing from you! Mahalo for your support in our continued success of giving back to our community who has given so much to all of us. We appreciate your kokua!
