Mahalo nui loa for supporting the programs and services of the KEY Project. We are officially sold out. We look forward to seeing you on Wednesday, November 22nd for drop off at 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Pick up is Thanksgiving morning from 10:00 to 11:00 am. VOLUNTEERS ARE WANTED between the hours of 5-9pm on 23rd and 8:30-11:30am on Thanksgiving morning.

As a reminder, your ticket is good for one thawed turkey or meat of choice (ham, chicken, fish or pork) 25 pound weight limit.

Brine, season or rub with salt. A turkey bag may be used to keep the juices in. Wrap the turkey with heavy duly foil tightly 6 times around, 3 long ways and 3 short ways. 75 feet will wrap 2 items. NO PANS!

Masking tape across length 3 times and width 3 times to keep the foil tight. Write your ticket # and name with permanent marker on the tape. Failure to do so may result in receiving the imu item of another customer.

Finally use string and wrap the turkey 2 times across the length and width of your imu item. If you show up without tape or string there will be a wrapping tent/table.

If your turkey is in a pan, you will be asked to re-wrap at the wrapping tent/table.

If your turkey is not wrapped well (example a leg is sticking out) you will be asked to re-wrap at the wrapping tent/table.

Please bring a pan, cooler or plastic bags to contain juices from the turkey at pickup.

WOOD DONATIONS (Mango, Keawe, Guava, Lychee) are needed and welcomed.
